THE PINK EGRET WAS NOT CREATED, IT WAS REVEALED.
Like a symbol rising from water,
a whisper carried by wind.
Called forth by a soul in search of softness and purpose,
in the middle of a life being rearranged by truth.
In the silence, signs begin to appear:
angel numbers, words glowing with meaning,
photographs holding hidden messages,
synchronicities too precise to ignore.
Guided by the unseen — by God, by love, by presence —
a reminder returns again and again:
keep listening, keep building, keep returning.
And then one day, there was a painting:
A BIRD TOUCHED IN PINK, FRAGILE YET STRONG — THE PINK EGRET.
What began as a painting became a mirror. A quiet reminder of softness, return, and the strength found in becoming fully yourself.
The Pink Egret is an independent editorial house creating and publishing reflective works that invite people to return to themselves. Through thoughtful writing, seasonal correspondence, guided journals, and beautifully crafted objects, we create pieces meant not simply to be read, but to be kept, revisited and lived with.
Each offering, is both a mirror and an invitation:
to soften,
to listen,
to live aligned.
To return to the garden within.
In stillness we return

Behind The Pink Egret
The Pink Egret was founded by Carla Anderson, a writer, artist, creative director, intuitive, empath, and entrepreneur whose work explores beauty, identity, perception, and the quiet ways we return to ourselves.
Through reflective writing and thoughtfully crafted experiences, she invites deeper awareness, meaningful self-inquiry, and a more conscious way of seeing ourselves and the world.
